II. Surcharges Fuel Surcharge: Fluctuates according to the oil price and accounts for a certain proportion of the freight (for example, several hundred US dollars are added to each sea freight container). Overweight/Over-sized Fee: For air freight, if a single item exceeds 80 kg or the size exceeds the limit, additional fees will be charged. For sea freight, if a single shipment exceeds 5 kg or the size exceeds the standard, an additional 40 yuan per shipment will be charged (cumulative charging). Peak Season Surcharge: An additional 10% to 50% will be charged during holidays. |
III. Customs Clearance and Final Delivery Fees Tariffs and Agency Fees: Tariffs are calculated according to the type and value of the goods (for example, in the case of radiators shipped to the Philippines, the total cost including tax is 27,000 yuan). The customs declaration agency fee is 100 to 500 US dollars per shipment. Final Delivery Fee: An additional 10% to 15% will be charged for remote areas. If there is no elevator and a single shipment is ≥ 100 kg, it will be charged at 1 yuan per kilogram, or a fixed fee of 40 yuan per shipment. |

IV. Other Costs Insurance: Charged at 0.1% to 3% of the value of the goods (Example: For goods with a value of 100,000 US dollars, the insurance premium is about 1,000 US dollars). Warehousing Fee: Charged at 1 to 10 US dollars per cubic meter per day for goods detained at the destination. |
Summary: Choosing the double clearance and tax-inclusive service can integrate customs clearance and taxes. It is advisable to give priority to LCL or FCL sea freight to reduce costs. Attention should be paid to the rules of surcharges, such as the fuel surcharge and the overweight surcharge.
